Order Cancellation Policy

DryHaven allows customers to request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped.

Cancelling an Order

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and cancellation request.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may request a return after receiving the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If an eligible order is successfully cancelled before shipment, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
